NAI MLG Commercial welcomes two sales associates in Milwaukee

NAI MLG Commercial has added Kevin Schmoldt and Joe Powers to its Milwaukee brokerage team as sales associates.

In his new position, Schmoldt will be responsible for leasing retail properties, representing local and national retailers, property acquisition and land development.

Schmoldt joined MLG in 2007 as a retail broker intern, where he assisted retail brokers in their daily operations such as financial modeling and performing site and market analyses through the use of demographic technology and geographical information services.

Schmoldt holds a bachelor's of business administration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Powers, who joined MLG in 2008 as an office broker intern, will now specialize in office sales and leasing.

Powers holds a bachelor's of business administration in commercial real estate and marketing from Marquette University.
