Simmons Hearing Center extends Columbia Heights Center lease

Grootwassink Real Estate represented the landlord of Columbia Heights Center in Minneapolis, Minn., in extending the lease for Simmons Hearing Center.

Simmons renewed its lease for 10,076 square feet for an additional five years at the shopping center. Bob Grootwassink represented the landlord in the transaction.

The 78,3777-square-foot Columbia Heights Center shopping center, located in the northtown retail submarket, was constructed in 1983.
