Hempel signs General Services Administration to Edina, Minn., corporate center lease

The General Services Administration has signed a lease for 7,612 square feet of space at Hempel Properties' One Corporate Center in Edina, Minn.

Hempel's leasing team of Brent Jacobson and Ben Krsnak represented Hempel with UGL Equis' Wes Barker representing the General Services Administration in the lease.

One Corporate Center is a 112,000-square-foot office building built in 1981. Hempel Properties purchased the building in the first quarter of 2007 from Urdang Capital Management.
