by Keith LoriaMichiganTranswestern Investment Company has sold a 170,363-square-foot office building in Troy, Mich., to a New York investor group. Gary Nussbaum, Bill Harvey and Thomas Gorman of Transwestern represented the seller in the transaction. Known as the Long Lake Crossing, the three-story office building is located at 1301 West Long Lake Rd. It is currently 90 percent leased and was constructed in 1988. The building was designed by world-renowned architectural firm Minoru Yamasaki & Associates. It contains a renovated lobby and common areas, a new cafe, and underground executive parking.
