CTMT facilitates Missouri lease

Essence Healthcare has signed a 10-year lease for a 104,740-square-foot office space in Maryland Heights, Mo., for $20 million from Duke Realty Corporation.

David Kelpe, CCIM and SIOR, and Art Kerckhoff, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the tenant in the transaction.

Located at 13900 Riverport Drive, the property is the former home of Express Scripts and contains three stories of fully furnished office space.
