Duluth approves site development for Texas Roadhouse Restaurant

by Jim Brubaker
Minnesota

The Duluth planning division has approved site development for a new Texas Roadhouse Restaurant south of Home Depot on Mall Drive. The project calls for a 7,000-square-foot building to house the restaurant.

The 250-seat restaurant and bar, set to open in January, will be near Duluth's Miller Hill Mall. The restaurant will employ 80 people with 30 of those in full-time capacity.

This will be the second Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in Minnesota, following another in Coon Rapids, a suburb of Minneapolis.
