CTMT named exclusive leasing agent for Parasole Restaurant Holdings

Minneapolis-St. Paul

Andrea Christenson and Molly Townsend, a retail sales and leasing team at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, have been named Parasole Restaurant Holdings' exclusive leasing agents.

"Parasole is a strong, locally-based national restaurant group," Townsend said. "They are very talented in creating unique restaurant concepts and experiences that attract a crowd and keep that crowd coming back, which is a rare and difficult thing in the restaurant world."

Parasole Restaurant Holdings is based in the Twin Cities. It boasts numerous restaurants brands including Manny's, Salut Bar Americain, Good Earth, Figlio, Muffuletta, Pittsburgh Blue, Chino Latino and Burger Jones.

"They are truly having a banner year," Christenson said. "First, Parasole moved Manny's to the new W Minneapolis - The Foshay and opened W bar venues, The Living Room and Prohibition. In addition, a new Salut debuted on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. We're excited to see Burger Jones take off as well."

Christenson and Townsend will work with Parasole's Chief Development Officer Alan Ackerberg to expand Burger Jones, Parasole's newest restaurant concept, throughout the greater metropolitan area of the Twin Cities.
