Equity Property Group facilitates purchase of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., property

Patrick Nickelson Enterprises was represented by Equity Property Group, based in Eden Prairie, Minn., in the purchase of an Inver Grove Heights, Minn., property.

Equity Property Group's Dick Ward represented the company in the purchase, which will be used to develop a free-standing A&W Restaurant. The restaurant will be Nickelson's fourth A&W.

The general contractor for the construction is St. Paul-based Vanguard Construction with financing provided by Platinum Bank of Oakdale.
