NAI MLG Commercial sells two office buildings in Wisconsin

NAI MLG Commercial announced it had facilitated two office sales in Wisconsin.

William P. Russo sold a 3,500-square-foot office building located at 4120 N. 128th St. in Brookfield to R & B Investments of Wisconsin, LLC. Jan Kadow and John McCardle of NAI MLG Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

In the second transaction, Burdick-Kellenberger Insurance sold a 2,565-square-foot office space located at 11127 W. Bluemound Rd. in Wauwatosa to Computer 911 & Starmax Internet. Charlotte Zurn of NAI MLG Commercial represented the seller in the transaction, while Ryan Persitza represented the buyer.
