James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn, owners of Principle Construction Corp., announced that construction has begun for a new 21,044-square-foot office/manufacturing facility for ID Label Inc. in Lake Villa, Ill. The new 1.2-acre land site for ID Label is situated adjacent to the company's current location at 461 Park Avenue in Lake Villa. The office/manufacturing facility will feature 3,959 square feet of office space, 16,086 square feet of warehouse/manufacturing space, a 999 square foot mezzanine, two exterior docks, one drive-in door and 35 parking stalls. Founded in 1994, ID Label, Inc. was formed to provide custom preprinted bar code labels to value-added resellers and OEM's. In 2001, ID Label, Inc. merged with ICS of America, a leading supplier of bar code labels and equipment to the library marketplace, making the company a leader in the auto ID industry. In 2004, ID Label, Inc. purchased the rights to the equipment and customer base of Imagescan Inc. strengthening and expanding the firm's capabilities in the Variable Imaging and Pre-Print Barcoding industries. Mike Long will be the project manager for Principle Construction Corp., and Partners in Design Architects will provide architectural services. More Articles
