The First National Bank Building
The Real Meal Deli has become the newest tenant at the First National Bank Building in St. Paul, Minn. The company plans to open an approximately 1,650-square-foot store in August on the building's skyway level.

"The addition of The Real Meal Deli will be a key ingredient in retaining and attracting new tenants to the First
National Bank Building," Aaron Barnard, Cushman & Wakefield's leasing representative assigned to the property, said. "The property already represents an incredible value, and with the addition of The Real Meal Deli, the First National Bank Building will be the most amenity-rich office property in downtown St. Paul."

The property includes such major tenants as the State of Minnesota Department of Employment & Economic Development, Anchor Bank, GE Capital, Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, and Briggs & Morgan, P.A., which has been in the building since 1931.
