Chicago mixed-use property fetches $3.325M

A limited liability company has purchased a mixed-use, 12,800-square-foot property located in Chicago, Ill., for $3.325 million.

Kyle Stengle and Stephen Rachman, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago downtown office, represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 340-344 West Armitage Ave., the property is part of Lincoln Park and consists of six residential units and four retail spaces. The retail spaces are occupied by Geja's, Academic Approach and Terragusto Cafe.
