Colliers Turley Martin Tucker stays busy in Indianapolis

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has announced four transactions in Indianapolis, Ind.

The transactions include:

- Nice-Pak Products, Inc leased a 330,195-square-foot industrial space from ProLogis. Luke Wessel, SIOR of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the landlord in the transaction, while Halakar Real Estate represented the tenant. The property is located at 595 Perry Rd.

- ACS Commercial Solutions, Inc. has leased a 40,204-square-foot office space from Midway Corporation for $1.15 million. Mary Beth Kohart and Bryan Poynter of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the tenant in the property, while the landlord represented himself. The property is located at 4450 Victory Lane.

- National City Bank has leased a 6,971-square-foot office space from Zeller Realty for $1.46 million. Darrin L. Boyd and David A. Moore represented the tenant in the transaction. The property is located at 11405 Pennsylvania St.

- Shamrock Builders has sold a 5,000-square-foot office space to Mitchell Law Firm for $1.03 million. Darrin L. Boyd and David A. Moore represented the seller. The property is located at 9959 Crosspoint Blvd.
