Kabob's Indian Grill signs Gaviidae Common lease

NorthMarq represented Kabob's Indian Grill in securing a lease at Gaviidae Common in downtown Minneapolis.

Kabob's Indian Grill signed a five-year lease for 767 square feet of space. NorthMarq retail leasing associate Brad Kaplan represented Kabob's Indian Grill in the signing.

Brookfield DB Inc., the owner of Gaviidae Common, was represented by Paul Mitchell, its leasing associate.

"The addition of Kabob's Indian Grill fills a lunchtime void in the downtown Minneapolis market by adding an Indian cuisine option," Kaplan said.
