Sheldon Good & Company closes on $8.5 million mega mall in Chicago

Sheldon Good Brokerage, LLC has announced the sale of a two-acre
property, the former Mega Mall in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.

The property, located at 7212- 20 North Clark Street was listed for $8.5 million.

Ken Goldberg, executive managing director of Sheldon Good Brokerage, LLC, spearheaded the sale of this property to the Chicago Math and Science Academy (CMSA). Goldberg represented seller Reza Toulabi in the purchase. CMSA was represented by Chris Hill and Associates.

This charter school opened in 2004 with the mission that all students attend college, part of a progressive approach to public education in Illinois. Attendance at the charter school is available at no cost to students and has open registration for children in grades six through 12 living in the city of Chicago. The class of 2009 is the first class of seniors to graduate, 100 percent of these students are
on track to complete their high school diploma and 100 percent of the students have been accepted to college.
