Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has been retained to market the Huntington Place Apartments, Brooklyn, Minn.

The multi-family investment team of Gina Dingman and Julie Lux will market the 834-unit, multi-family building at 5805 73rd Ave. N.

A Class C asset, Huntington Place Apartments is a first ring suburban Minneapolis location closely located to major interstate systems, shopping, entertainment and schools.

"The Twin Cities multi-family market is outperforming national markets," Dingman, a vice president in Colliers' investment services division, said. "We expect a significant amount of interest in this asset, which boasts an outstanding location and amenities."
