St. LouisDuke Realty Corporation and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker helped a managed-care organization lease more than 104,000 square feet in an office building in Maryland Heights, Mo., a northwest suburb of St. Louis. Essence Healthcare leased 104,700 square feet in teh Riverport Business Park in Maryland Heights. Essence leased the space in one of seven buildings in Duke's mixed-use industrial and office park. Essence Healthcare joins companies such as Elsevier, Express Scripts and United Healthcare in the Riverport Business Park. Duke has 18 acres of undeveloped land available for purchase or build-to-suit development in the business park. David Kelpe, vice president of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, represented Essence in the transaction, while Whitaker Varley, vice president of leasing, represented Duke in the transaction.
