CTMT sells three retail buildings for more than $4.5M

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has helped sell three retail buildings, totaling $4,546,230 million.

The Cincinnati-based team of O'Connell Bender & Powers is responsible for all three sales.

The transactions are:

-MBK II, LLC has sold an 8,497-square-foot Bob Sumerel's in Milford, Ohio to WFJ Route 28, LLC for more than $1.7 million. Mike Sullivan, Jim O'Connell, Jeff Bender and Tom Powers represented the seller in the transaction. The property is located at 1246 State Route 28.

- WFJ St. Louis, LLC purchased a 7,000-square-foot Advance Auto retail building from Sidewinder, LLC for $1.677 million. Sullivan and team represented the buyer in the transaction. The property is located at 1315 Jungerman Rd. in St. Peters, Mo.

- WFJ West Chester, LLC purchased a 34,674-square-foot retail building from Neyer Properties Acquisitions, Ltd., for $1.1 million. Sullivan and team represented the buyer in the transaction. The property is located at 8306 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. in Cincinnati, Ohio.
