The West Central Research and Outreach Center
A $3.3 million renovation of the West Central Research and Outreach Center in Morris, Minn. began last week.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in December, nine years after the inclusion in a bonding bill of a proposal for a green technology building addition.

The project will add 5,260 square feet featuring an auditorium capable of seating 220 people theater-style and 110 people in seminar and classroom settings.

Following a financial gift from the Fargo-based financial services, the auditorium will be named the AgCountry Auditorium.
