Eagan medical office building opens 75 percent leased

The Eagan Place Professional Building in Eagan, Minn., a 32,000-square-foot medical office building, has officially opened, with anchor tenant HealthEast Care System hold a gran opening ceremony.

Developer MSP Commercial is seeking LEED certification for the building, which would make it the first multitenant office facility in Eagan to gain that certification.

The building opened 75 percent leased and currently only has 7,500 square feet of space remaining. The building also features Dermatology Consultants as as an anchor tenant.
