Osaka Japanese Steakhouse leases Roseville, Minn., space

NAI Welsh's Sara Martin and Zachary Stensland represented Osaka Japanese Steakhouse in a Roseville, Minn., lease.

Osaka leased 7,213 square feet of space at the Rosedale Square Shopping Center as part of a 10-year lease. Osaka plans to open sometime in the fall.

Rosedale Square Shopping Center, a 158,700 square feet shopping center at 1601-1677 W. County Road, was built in 1987 and includes Byerly's and Office Depot as anchors.
