NAI Welsh facilitates 10-year lease for Minneapolis charter school

NAI Welsh's vice president Eric Rapp has completed a 10-year lease for Lincoln International Charter School at The Church of Saint Steven of Minneapolis.

The 34,248-square-foot lease for the property, located at 2123 Clinton Ave. S., is for the school, founded in 2007 to serve a growing immigrant population and to provide education and cultural opportunities that are not always met by Twin Cities public schools.

Lincoln International High School provides a comfortable and safe atmosphere to help students improve their English language skills while adjusting to a new culture.
