Minnesota

River Road Industrial Center in Fridley, Minn., the state's largest industrial building, has been put up for sale, four years after it was sold last.

The building sold for $19 million four years ago. Currently, almost 500,000 square feet of the building is vacant, with BAE Systems, based in London, leasing 1.3 million of the remaining square feet.

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is marketing the property, which currently has no set price. The building is being put for sale as an investigation into capital markets.

Address: 4800 N.E. East River Road

Size: 2.1 million square feet
