"Lakewood Apartments is a great complex that has performed strong financially and has been well received in the market as evidenced by its consistently high occupancy. We are excited about the addition of Lakewood Apartments to Dominium's already substantial portfolio of Minnesota properties," Chris Barnes, project partner for Dominium Development and Acquisition, said.

Lakewood Apartments, constructed in 2007, is an affordable housing community and brings Dominium's managed properties in Minnesota to 91, with more than 8,700 rental units in the state.
