Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represents Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board in land sale

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board in the sale of a 27,000-square-foot building and 2.06 acres in Bloomington, Minn.

Ron Scholder and Jim Wenthold of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board in the sale of the land, located at Northwest Highway 55 and Bloomington Road.

The buyer was the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The Northern Star Council, headquartered in the Twin Cities, serves over 113,000 young people in 21 counties in Central Minnesota and four counties in western Wisconsin.
