Ryan Cos., announces Auburn Hills medical office building

Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos., US has announced plans to develop a 100,000-square-foot medical office building in Auburn Hills, Mich.

Oakland Crossing Medical Center, a class A medical office facility, will be developed on a roughly 18-acre site near the 1.4 million-square-foot Great Lakes Crossing Shopping Mall.

The medical center, which will be four stories, will feature 25,000-square-foot floor plates. Groundbreaking is planned for spring 2009 with a completion estimate of summer 2010.

Mason Capitani and Gary Grochowski of the Troy, Mich.-based L. Mason Capitani will be in charge of leasing the facility.
