St. Louis mobile home park sells for $3.55M

Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $3.55 million sale of The Willows & Willows II, a 25-acre mobile home park in Fenton, Mo.

Kolman Bubis and Kevin Limbert represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the sale.

The two properties are located at 772 Willow Creed Road in Fenton, a St. Louis suburb. They contain 121 home sites and have an overall occupancy rate of 97 percent.
