Seldin Co. negotiates retail lease

Randy Lenhoff, president & COO of Seldin Co, has announced the completion of lease negotiations with CiCi's Pizza in Benson Park Plaza located at the intersection of Ames and Military Avenues in Omaha, Neb.

The restaurant is scheduled to open early December, 2008.

CiCi's Pizza currently has approximately 600 restaurants operating in 29 states. The corporate headquarters is in Coppell, Texas.

CiCi's Pizza joins Bakers Supermarket, Home Depot, Hancock Fabrics, Blockbuster Video, and seven other restaurants, including Famous Dave's Barbeque, International House of Pancakes, McDonald's, Arby's, PepperJax Grill, Sonic, and Subway.
