Anna Engstrom and Mark Stevens of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller of 8001 Highway 7 in St. Louis Park, Minn., in a $1.19 million sale.

The 7,067-square-foot multi-tenant office/office medical building, constructed in 1988, was renovated in 2003. The one story building has a partial basement and 36 parking stalls.

The 80 percent occupied building is a mix of medical and general office users with staggered lease expiration and is located on Highway 7.
