Hempel Properties adds Vishal Dutt as controller

Vishal Dutt has been named controller for Minneapolis' Hempel Properties.

Mr. Dutt will work closely with Hempel's executive team, determining the financial direction for Hempel Properties while also establishing and maintaining relationships with financial partners and lending institutions. In addition, Mr. Dutt will identify and implement sound financial solutions that fit with Hempel's vision and work to implement accurate protocols and reporting programming for Hempel's accounting groups.

Mr. Dutt, with ten years of commercial real estate development experience, was the director of finance for Steiner Development, Inc., prior to joining Hempel Properties. He is a certified public account and hold as bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Augsburg College. He completed his mini-masters of business administration in real estate from the University of St. Thomas.
