Colliers adds Frank Sherwood as corporate solutions vice president

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Minneapolis/St. Paul office has announced that Frank Sherwood, a corporate solutions veteran, has joined the firm as vice president for its corporate solutions division.

Mr. Sherwood, who has completed successful projects in China, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Denmark, England, Germany and the Netherlands, will provide clients with leadership in the areas of strategic real estate, facilities planning, international project management, and transaction management.

Mr. Sherwood has worked with Donaldson Co., Hormel, Patterson Cos., Medtronic, Emerson, The Schwan Food Co., Syngenta Seeds and Walgreen's in the past. He brings 27 years of experience to Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

Prior to joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Mr. Sherwood worked at Jones Lang LaSalle/Staubach Co. He was a real estate manager for Fisher Rosemount, now Emerson, in St. Louis, Mo., where he was responsible for a portfolio of over 500 sites in 75 countries. He held positions in engineering, operations, construction and real estate management during his 15 years with Fisher Rosemount.

Mr. Sherwood graudated from the University of St. Thomas with an MBA in finance. He also holds a bachelor of science in engineering from Iowa State.
