Minneapolis-St. Paul

Hines Interests of Houston has announced plans for a new development just north of the new Minnesota Twins Stadium in Minneapolis. Originally referred to as Twinsville, the project's official new name is North Loop Green.

Designed by Elness Swenson Graham Architects, Inc., of Minneapolis, the development aims to get LEED certification for the project that will include at least six new buildings.

The 15- to 35-story building, to be located between Fifth Street and Washington Avenue, will have construction started in the next year, prior to the opening of the new stadium.

The eastern border of the development is Third Avenue North, the western border would be the Cedar Lake Bike Trail.
