Marcus & Millichap's Detroit office adds Passon as VP of investments

Marcus & Millichap has added Douglas Passon as an associate VP of investments in its Detroit, Mich., office.

Passon has been with the firm since 2004 and specializes in retail, office and industrial investment sales. Steve Chaben, a regional manager in the firm's Detroit office, said the Passon brings investment real estate expertise and sales volume

Earlier this year, Passon completed the $2.6 million sale of The Learning Experience building in Shelby Township. He represented the seller in the sale of the 11,000-square-foot building.
