MAP Belton, LLC, has placed the Belton Marketplace shopping center in Belton, Mo., on the market with an asking price of $11.8 million.

Kahlil Barnard of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group in Indianapolis, Ind., is representing the seller in the offering.

The retail center is located at 1109 E. North Ave. and is being offered for $181 per square foot. Built in 2007, it sits on an 11-acre lot and contains 65,213 square feet. Belton Marketplace is anchored by PetSmart and Office Depot and includes tenants such as Verizon, GameStop, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings and Hibbett Sports.
