Mid-America inks four Chicago leases

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Mid-America Asset Management, Inc., has completed four leases of northwestern suburban Chicago retail centers.

In Elk Grove Village, Jewel-Osco leased 1,200 square feet of retail space to Nevada-based Tutoring Club. Mid-America's Marget Graham and Kitsy Ritter represented the landlord in the deal. In Palatine, WDI Wireless, a T-Mobile franchise, leased 1,350 square feet at Park Place. Graham and Katie Hennegan represented the landlord, Boston, Mass.-based Intercontinental Management Corp.

In Schaumburg, Papa John's inked a deal for 1,500 square feet of space at Scharrington Square. Ritter represented the landlord in the transaction. Finally in South Elgin, Visionworks signed a lease for 1,867 square feet of retail space at South Elgin Crossing. Ritter represented the landlord, Chicago-based V-Land, in the deal.

Size: 5,917 square feet
