St. Paul shopping center listed by Welsh Cos.

Midway Shopping Center
RD Management Corp., has put St. Paul's Midway Shopping Center up for sale. Welsh Cos., will be in charge of selling the 293,732 square feet shopping center.

Tim Prinsen and Allison Stewart of Welsh Cos., will list the property, which has no listed price. In addition, the buyer must agree to existing debt on the center.

The 91 percent leased shopping center, renovated in 2004, includes a 25,800-square-foot OfficeMax, 11,995-square-foot Jo-Ann Fabrics, 15,278-square-foot Foot Locker and a 12,500-square-foot Walgreen's.

The center has parking for 1,800 cars and is fronted by a road that averages 40,300 cars per day. Interstate 94 is located nearby.
