Mr. Limbert
The Chicago office of Marcus & Millichap has announced that Kevin Limbert is relocating to the firm's St. Louis, Mo., office.

Limbert joined the Chicago office in 2005 as a retail investment specialist. He has since built a client base in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area where he has listed and sold more than $54.6 million of investment real estate.

"My move to the St. Louis office, along with Marcus & Millichap's ability to access a nationwide pool of investment capital, will allow me to better serve better my Missouri clients," Limbert said.

Limbert is a former employee of Chicago-based Syndicated Equities and is a 2003 graduate of Drury University.
