Molly Townsend and Jennifer Pelant of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Minneapolis/St. Paul office, have closed several deals recently.

A 5,603-square-foot Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Lakeville was recently closed by the two, as well as a 9,089-square-foot Empire Education Center in Spring Lake Park.

North Oaks Village Shopping Center is a new listing, as are a 41,000-square-foot shopping center and a new 6.6-acre land listing, both in Shoreview.

The two teamed up to work on the Buffalo Wild Wings, North Oaks Village Shopping Center, Riverdale Market and Tires Plus accounts.

With Colliers since 1999, Ms. Townsend represents such clients as Rosemount Crossing, The Shops of Grand Oak, US Bank Center in St. Paul, Burger King, Midwest Cellular, H&R Block, Humana and The UPS Store.

Ms. Pelant joined Colliers in July. Prior to that, she worked for Continental Development Corp., managing all sales and leasing of the company's office and retail properties in Blaine. She also directed sales of residential lots in the exclusive Troy Burne Golf Village, Hills of Troy and Eagle Bluff neighborhoods in Hudson, Wis. Her clients include Edward Jones, Sarna's Classic Grill, and North Branch Outlets, which Colliers also manages.
