Chicago, Ill.-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has added Brian Kelly to its Indianapolis, Ind., office where he will work with the firm's Investment Sales Team.

Kelly previously worked as an investment sales broker with Marcus & Millichap and is a former financial analyst with Raytheon. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University.

With HFF, Kelly will work as a director and member of the company's multi-family group where he will focus on student housing properties.

"HFF is excited to have Brian join our company. We are enthusiastic about expanding our presence in the student housing market. With the strong investor interest in student housing due to the ever increasing demand in the sector, the timing could not have been better," said Dave Keller, senior managing director of HFF Indianapolis.
