Harrigan hired as M&I Exchange Services' senior vice president

Mr. Harrigan
Patrick T. Harrigan has joined M&I Exchange Services in Minneapolis as its senior vice president.

He is responsible for M&I's Minneapolis market. The company is a division of Marshall & Ilsey Corp., a financial services corporation headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis. M&I Exchange serves as an intermediary for tax deferred exchanges.

Harrigan previously spent seven years working in the 1031 exchange business. He also has worked in the title insurance industry and in commercial property selection, and as a real estate instructor for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and lecturer on real estate, title insurance and land survey for Lorman Education Systems.

He received a B.S. in political science and business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a law degree from the Hamline University School of Law.
