CBRE lists eight-story apartment building in Bloomington, Ind.

CB Richards Ellis has retained exclusive listing rights for Smallwood Plaza, a 228-unit apartment complex located on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington, Ind.

CBRE's Steve LaMotte, Dave Lockard and Amy Burmeister are the listing agents.

The building stands eight stories and consists of 18,437 square feet. It was constructed in 2004

The community has had an average occupancy rate of 98 percent during the last three years. It also experienced a 13 percent rent growth in the fall of 2008.
