NAI Hiffman has completed three office transactions in Downers Grove, Lisle and Lombard, IL. The three suburbs are part of Chicago’s east-west corridor.
In the first deal, NAI Hiffman executive vice president, Dan O’Neill, and vice president, Adam Johnson, represented ownership in Joseph T. Ryerson & Son, Inc.’s lease extension at 1050 Warrenville Road in Lisle, IL. The Chicago-based metal processor and distributor occupies the entire 53,982-square-foot building. CBRE’s Jon Springer represented Joseph T. Ryerson & Son, Inc.
Johnson was involved in a separate transaction, along with NAI Hiffman senior vice president, Art Burrows, representing R.C.M. 22nd St., LLC, in the sale of 55 W. 22nd Street in Lombard, IL. The 50,963-square-foot, multi-tenant office building was 99% occupied at the time of sale. USA Realty Group’s Farhan Hanif represented the buyer, Lombard Investment Group, LLC.
Finally, LexRay, a tech firm whose mobile platform empowers organizations to run their operations from anywhere, signed a new lease at 3041 Woodcreek Drive in Downers Grove, IL. Johnson represented the Landlord, American Community Management, in the lease transaction and Newmark Knight Frank senior managing director John Kinsella represented LexRay.
