Wayne Schertler is the new chief operating officer with Minneapolis-based Larkin Hoffman. Schertler has experience in law firm management having served in the field for more than 25 years.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and graduate of Portland State University and the University of Minnesota-Crookston.
Schertler will provide executive leadership and strategic guidance for all administrative and financial functions of the firm. He will work with the Management Committee and Board of Directors, leading the firm’s strategic planning.
Schertler will oversee the firm’s budget and manage relationships with outside service providers to the firm. He will lead the operational teams for finance, human resources, office services, information systems, library, facilities, practice management and marketing.
