WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2010
by Midwest Real Estate News Reports Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust in January leased 106,000 square feet of distribution space in the Minneapolis market to NFI Distribution.
NFI is a provider of supply-chain solutions for the North American logistics market.
NFI Distribution will use the space at the Continental Distribution Center in Shakopee, Minn., to serve the distribution needs of its cutomers in the Minneapolis region.
"We are extremely pleased to add a high-quality tenant such as NFI to our facility, and we look forward to helping the company as it expands its business in the Twin Cities," said Christopher Willson, First Industrial's senior regional director for Minneapolis.
Jeff Pryztarski of CB Richard Ellis and Brian Netz and Bill Ritter, both of NAI Welsh Companies, assisted in arranging the lease deal, the largest new industrial lease in the Minneapolis market in the fourth quarter of 2009.
