Entre Commercial Realty has hired Mark Hackendahl as an associate. Hackendahl brings with him four years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a landlord rep and property manager of 1.5 million square feet.
As an associate member at Entre, based in Arlington Heights, Illinois, Hackendahl will focus on business development, project management and the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Lake, DuPage and northwest Cook County markets.
In his previous role as managing broker for Nordic Properties, Hackendahl was able to raise the occupancy of the portfolio from 90 to 98 percent. Hackendahl signed $2 million worth of new leases during his time at Nordic and maintained a high level of customer service for approximately 200 tenants located throughout the O’Hare, Lake County and DuPage County submarkets.
Prior to working in real estate, Hackendahl worked for the Milwaukee Visitors and Convention Bureau where he focused on convention sales and business development. This provided him with valuable experience in marketing, project planning and promoting sites. Hackendahl’s previous experience and extensive knowledge of the Lake, DuPage and Cook County industrial markets ensures his clients will continue to receive unparalleled market information and service.
