Leopardo promotes Mike Mastin to vice president of residential

Leopardo has promoted Michael Mastin to vice president of its residential market. Mastin joined Leopardo in 2005 and previously served as a project executive.

Mastin has lead some of Leopardo’s most impressive projects, including the recently completed 103,000-square-foot Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in Oak Brook, Illinois, the 315,000-square-foot renovation of the new Arthur J. Gallagher headquarters in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, as well as 210 N. Carpenter, the 242,000-square-foot boutique office building in Chicago’s Fulton Market district and location of Leopardo’s new downtown office.

“Mike has been a key player in Leopardo’s success and will continue to be one of its most effective leaders as the next generation of Leopardo professionals continues to grow and flourish,” said Leopardo president and CEO, Mike Leopardo.

Mastin is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and holds an MBA in finance from DePaul University, as well as a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He brings to his new role more than 24 years of industry experience and over three million square feet of projects managed. As a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the USGBC, he has also been an instrumental contributor in Leopardo’s commitment to building healthy, high-performing spaces.
