Lee & Associates of Illinois welcomes Brent De Noble

Lee & Associates of Illinois recently hired long-time real estate veteran, Brent De Noble, who will serve as a senior vice president out of the firm’s Rosemont, Illinois office. He specializes in the disposition, acquisition and leasing of industrial properties, office buildings and land.

For the last few years, De Noble has been in the tech sector where he owned and managed a couple of technology/security companies. He spent most of his career at Grubb & Ellis and Colliers International, prior to owning companies in the private sector. He was instrumental in the growth of Internationale Centre (920 acres) in Woodridge as the marketing agent for Catellus Development (Prologis). He later sourced and marketed the first industrial park in Minooka for Prologis, known as Prologis Park Minooka (400 acres).

De Noble earned his BBA degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, majoring in real estate and business law. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), past recipient of AIRE’s Frank Mahoney Award and currently holds his managing broker’s license in Illinois.
