LCM Architects announces Small and Burch as new partners

Mark Small and Casey Burch, AIA, LEED AP, PMP have been promoted to the role of partner at LCM Architects. The promotions strengthen two of LCM’s core practice areas: Fair Housing Act consulting and architectural design. They will continue to provide leadership to their departments, while offering strategic direction in the growth and operations of the firm.

Small oversees the firm’s Fair Housing Act specialty, focusing on multifamily design and construction accessibility requirements. Since joining LCM in 2006, he has grown the FHA practice exponentially. A former competitive golfer, Small also specializes in construction standards, steering clients and colleagues alike through the intricacies of building guidelines and codes.

A certified Project Management Professional, Burch joined LCM in 2010. He successfully manages architecture and design projects of all sizes, focusing on education and commercial developments. Burch has more than 15 years in the building industry and has managed a wide range of architecture projects, from a 1,000-square-foot laser lab renovation to a 280,000-square-foot office center.
