Krieg DeVault hires associate in Carmel office

Carla Uhlarik has joined law firm Krieg DeVault as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She will work from the firm’s Carmel, Indiana, office.

Uhlarik marks the fourth real estate attorney to join the firm’s growing real estate practice in less than a year. She will be an integral member of the firm’s real estate team, providing counsel to numerous organizations and individuals in the areas of complex commercial real estate transactions, leasing and ownership, landlord and tenant issues, development, land use and zoning, and other general real estate matters.

Prior to entering private practice, Uhlarik worked as a legal assistant for a prominent real estate development firm, and also served as a summer associate at Krieg DeVault before joining the firm full time.

Uhlarik is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and is a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations. She is also active in her community, serving on the Board of the Alex Rust Memorial Fund, Inc.
