Kansas City office of Husch Blackwell adds litigation senior counsel

Michael Kelly has joined the Kansas City, Missouri, office or law firm Husch Blackwell as a litigation senior counsel in its Real Estate, Development & Construction group.

Kelly focuses his practice on complex construction and engineering matters. He works with design professionals, architects, engineers, general contractors and other critical stakeholders and has experience with contract disputes, Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims, construction litigation and professional liability.

Kelly earned his J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law and his B.A. from Kansas State University. He currently serves as Mayor of Roeland Park, Kan. He also co-founded and leads Climate Action KC.
